When you sign in with Apple, we may receive your Apple user identifier and, if provided by Apple, your email address. We use this information to identify your account and provide app services.
Case and statement content
The app allows you to submit case descriptions, statements, selected judge information, AI-generated results, and related case interactions. This content is used to provide AI analysis, case history, and related app features.
Profile information
If you choose to edit your profile, we may store information such as nickname, gender, age range, and avatar. This information is used to personalize your experience.
Subscription information
Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may process subscription status, product identifiers, renewal state, and expiration dates to unlock membership features.
Feedback and support information
If you contact us through the app or support channels, we may collect the content of your message and related account information needed to respond.
Device and technical information
We may process basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, network status, and diagnostic logs to improve reliability and troubleshoot issues.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the app, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some local data may remain on your device unless you delete the app or clear related data.
6. Account Deletion and User Rights
You may request account deletion through the app where available. After account deletion, private account-related data will be deleted or de-identified according to our deletion process. Public or community-related case records may be de-identified rather than fully removed if needed to preserve public case context.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

AI-generated results in HeartBridge are for entertainment, reflection, and communication reference only. They do not constitute legal advice, professional advice, or an official court decision.
